Avinya Projects LLP

You’ll find us on the second floor over in Sector-1 of the Huda Techno Enclave in Shaikpet. It’s a busy area of Hyderabad with a lot of offices around. Avinya Projects is where we handle the planning and management of various building works. It’s not a huge setup, just a floor where a few of us sit and look at site plans and schedules. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone trying to coordinate between different suppliers and workers. Things rarely go exactly as planned, so we spend the rest of our time fixing those little issues that pop up. The office is usually full of rolls of paper and half-empty coffee cups. We aren't about fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just want to get the project done so the client can move in or start using the space. Shaikpet is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. Sometimes we are out at a site all day and the office is empty. Other times we are all crammed in here trying to meet a deadline. It’s the kind of work where you have to be ready for anything. We take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving forward. It’s just us doing what we do in a plain office in the enclave. We don't need any fluff to get the work finished.
