Our office is Flat No 803 on the ground floor of the main road in Saroor Nagar. We are situated right opposite the GHMC building, so we are very easy to spot. Being on the ground floor is convenient because people can just walk in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. It is a busy road, and we see all kinds of traffic passing by all day. Inside, it is a pretty regular office space. We have desks piled with planners and documents. Since we are right across from the government office, we deal with a lot of people who are already in the area for their own work. We have been here for a while and have seen Saroor Nagar change quite a bit. Our work is mostly about planning and helping people figure out their property needs. We do not use any complicated language or big sales pitches. We just sit down with a map or a file and go over the details. It is a straightforward way of working. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the buses outside, but it keeps us feeling connected to the city. We are a small group of people who just know the area well. We spend our days answering phones and writing out reports. It is a practical, honest place to work, and we like the location. Most people just drop by when they see us across the street.
