It’s a space meant for working, not for showing off. The team here is small, and we all know each other well. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to be done and then we just get to it. Sometimes the local power goes out for a bit, but we have a backup to keep the computers running. Hafeezpet is a convenient place to be because it's easy to get to different parts of Hyderabad from here. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If someone comes to the door, one of us will just walk over and help them out. It’s a very practical and simple way of doing things. We just come in every morning and try to finish our work before the sun goes down so we can avoid the worst traffic.
