Automation Engineers

Our workshop is at 44 Ashok Colony, right across from Vijaya High School. It's a handy location in Kpara, near the Ecil Post. We’ve been here at Automation Engineers for a while, dealing with all sorts of technical stuff. The noise from the school kids during their break time is something we’ve gotten used to over the years. Usually, we’re hunched over some machinery or looking at plans spread out on a messy table. It’s dusty work sometimes, but someone has to do it. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in air-conditioned offices all day long. Our hands usually have a bit of grease on them by noon. We started this because we liked fixing things and seeing how they worked. The space is filled with tools and parts we've collected. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific wrench when we need it, but we get there eventually. People in Ashok Colony know us as the guys who stay late to finish up. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and goes to the door. We try to be fair with everyone who comes in. If a job takes longer than we thought it would, we just explain why. No point in making things sound fancier than they are. We just want to get the machines running again. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid.
