Autocop

Our place is at 936, near the Gulachin Masjid Mohalla in the Basheer Gunj area. It is one of those older parts of town where the streets are a bit narrow and there is always something going on. Autocop has been operating from this building for quite a while. It is a solid, old structure that has a lot of character, even if it isn't the most modern space. We have a few rooms that we’ve set up for our work. It can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of materials or people inside, but we make it work. The sound of the call to prayer from the masjid is a regular part of our day, and it gives the area a very specific feel. We aren't located in a big commercial plaza with glass windows and elevators. It is more of a local, neighborhood spot. Parking can be a struggle, and the traffic in Basheer Gunj is often heavy, but we like being here. The people in the mohalla are friendly and we know many of them by name. Inside the office, things are kept fairly simple. We have the tools we need and a few desks, and we don't worry too much about the decor. It is just a place where we come to work and deal with whatever needs to be handled that day. We prefer this honest, unpretentious way of doing things. It might not look like much from the outside, but it is where all our effort goes.
