Aster Teleservices Pvt Limited is located in Secunderabad. We operate out of Flat No: 103 in the Classic Residency building. It’s right there in Indiranagar Colony, near the Trimulghery Post office. Being in an apartment building means we know the security guards and the other residents pretty well. It’s a bit different than being in one of those huge tech parks. We have our computers and some testing gear set up in the main rooms of the flat. The balcony overlooks the street, and sometimes it’s nice to just stand out there for a minute when the weather isn't too hot or dusty. Secunderabad has its own pace compared to the rest of Hyderabad. It feels a bit more settled and traditional. We’ve been in this flat for a good stretch of time now. The rooms are filled with cables and some spare parts we need for our work. It’s not the most stylish office you’ll ever see, to be honest. We use regular wooden tables and some mismatched chairs. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the first floor. It keeps us moving during the day. We handle a lot of calls and technical stuff throughout the hours. It’s mostly just us trying to keep everything running smoothly for the people we work with. We don't really do big meetings here; usually, we just go to the client or talk on the phone. It’s a simple, functional space.
