You can find Asrani Tubes Ltd. at 179 M.G. Road. We are actually inside the Hotel Asrani Complex, which is a bit unusual for a tube company, but it works for us. The office isn't very big, but it’s where we handle all our sales and paperwork. We deal with various types of tubes and piping. Most of our day is spent on the phone with factories or checking inventory levels. Being on M.G. Road means it’s always busy outside with people and traffic. We don't have a big showroom. Instead, we have samples tucked into corners and catalogs on the desks. The staff here is small and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We aren't interested in being a huge corporation. We just want to make sure the orders are handled correctly and delivered when we say they will be. Sometimes things get delayed at the warehouse, but we try to keep our clients informed. We drink a lot of coffee while we work through the piles of invoices. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it has served us well so far. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or marketing. People come to us because they know where we are and what we have in stock. It’s a practical setup in a central location, and that’s about all there is to it. We keep things simple and try to stay organized despite the constant phone calls and paperwork.
