Aslam Steel Place

Aslam Steel Place is located at 12-18 Peerzadiguda Road. We are right in Gayatri Nagar. If you’re looking for steel, this is where we keep it. The yard is pretty big but it’s always full of pipes, sheets, and rods. It’s a noisy place to work with all the metal banging around and the trucks coming in and out. We don't wear suits or anything; we’re usually in work clothes that are stained with rust or dirt. It’s a tough job and the sun really beats down on us out there in Peerzadiguda. We’ve been here for a long time and we know most of the other business owners nearby. We don't have a website or anything like that. People usually just call us or show up when they need something. We spend a lot of time measuring and cutting pieces to the right size. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend half the morning fixing it. It’s just part of the routine. We don't have any big slogans. We just sell steel and try to keep our prices where they should be. Most of our customers are local builders or guys doing home repairs. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. When the day is over, we’re all pretty tired, but it’s good to have a day’s work behind us. We just keep going and try to stay busy.
