Asian Hospital & Healthcare Management

Our setup is located in Uma Nagar. It’s a bit of a mix here because we handle both hospital functions and healthcare management. That means some of us are dealing with patients while others are buried in files and computer screens all day. Uma Nagar is a decent enough area, though it has its quirks like any other place. The office and hospital space we have isn’t anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s a working environment, so there are stacks of papers, boxes of medical supplies, and people constantly moving from one room to another. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in small meetings trying to coordinate things. It’s not just about seeing people who are sick; it’s about the whole behind-the-scenes part of healthcare that most people don’t think about. Some of us have been working here for years and we’ve seen the way things have changed in the neighborhood. It’s gotten busier, for sure. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just come in, check what needs to be done for the day, and try to stay on top of the management side of things. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places. It’s a steady job and we just take it one day at a time without much fanfare. Sometimes it gets stressful, but we manage to get through the workload.
