Asian Foundation For Needy

We are over here in Erragadda, right in the Bhavya Sree Arcade. If you know the area, it's pretty busy most days. We have two flats, 109 and 111, which sounds like a lot of space but we make it work. Most of the time we are just sitting here at House No. 8-3-166/6 and 7, sorting through things. The name Asian Foundation For Needy is what's on our paperwork. Sometimes the elevators in the arcade are a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a typical Hyderabad afternoon today, a bit warm and the sounds of the street come right up to the windows. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. People ask where we are and we just say look for the arcade near the main road. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. Just some rooms where we get our work done. The 500018 pincode area keeps us fairly central to everything. We spend a lot of time just talking to people who drop by. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just keep things moving along day by day. There isn't much more to it than that. Just a few people in a couple of flats trying to stay organized. We usually keep some snacks in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. That's pretty much it for us.
