If you have ever spent time in Ameerpet, you know exactly what the atmosphere is like. Asgi is right in the middle of all that Hyderabad energy. It’s a place where there is always someone looking for a new skill or a better job. The streets are constantly full of students and workers moving between buildings. Our setup here is pretty basic. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have the space we need to get things done. Some people find the noise of Hyderabad a bit much, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We deal with various tasks throughout the day, mostly helping people navigate their way through different requirements. It’s a lot of face-to-face interaction. The local tea shops nearby are usually where we end up during breaks. We don’t have a big corporate manual or a complicated hierarchy. It’s just us working in a small office in a very busy part of town. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that is just part of being in this area. We handle the problems as they come and try to stay productive. It’s a gritty, real-world kind of place. There is no polish here, just a lot of hard work and people trying to make progress in their lives every single day.
