Our office for Ascensio Investments Llp is located at Plot No. 504 in Banjara Hills. It’s a pretty standard building for this part of Hyderabad. We’ve been operating out of this space for some time now. It’s not one of those massive offices with hundreds of people running around. Instead, it’s just a few of us working together. We handle investment matters, which means there is a lot of reading and checking numbers every single day. The office itself is quite plain, to be honest. We have desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't see the need for flashy furniture or expensive art on the walls. What matters is getting the work finished. The neighborhood is nice, and we have some good trees around the plot. It makes the walk from the car a bit more pleasant in the morning. We usually start our day by going through the latest news and checking our emails. It can be a bit quiet in here, which is how we like it when we’re concentrating. Sometimes we have visitors, but mostly it’s just the team doing their thing. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just explain things simply so everyone understands. It’s been a good home for the business so far. We know the local tea and coffee spots pretty well by now. There’s a lot to do, so we try to stay organized.
