You can find us at Road No. 03 in Sobhana Colony, which is part of Balanagar. The address is 6-2-139/1. We’ve been in this spot for a while, dealing with various heating and cooling components. It’s a technical field but we try to keep things grounded. Most of the work involves checking specs and making sure parts are compatible. The workshop isn't very large, but we make it work. We have a couple of benches where we test things out before they go out. It gets pretty warm in here during the summer months, which is a bit ironic given what we do. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on a tricky repair or assembly. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while driving through Balanagar. We have a small storage area in the back where we keep the spare parts. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where the important stuff is kept. There’s always a kettle on for coffee because the mornings start pretty early for us. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished so we can go home and do it all again tomorrow. It is steady work.
