We have our office set up in Flat 101 at Uma Hill Side Apartments. It’s a quiet spot on Road No. 5 in Banjara Hills. Being here in Khairtabad means we deal with the usual Hyderabad traffic every morning, but the neighborhood is nice once you get inside. We started Ar Learn And Earn because there was a need for a place where people could actually focus on practical stuff. The rooms in the flat are converted into workspaces. It doesn't look like a big corporate office because it isn’t one. We spend most of our time at our desks, answering emails or talking to folks who stop by. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just a regular group of us working here. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a small kitchen area where we make tea. Most days are busy with phone calls and organizing schedules. We've been in this part of Telangana for a bit now. People usually find us by looking for the apartment sign near the bend in the road. It isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we get the work done. We try to keep things organized so we don't lose track of files. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving. We’re just local people trying to run a decent business.
