This location is a bit different because we’re up on the 4th floor of the Lakeview Apartments on Road 11. If you aren’t looking for the sign, you might drive right past the place. Banjara Hills is always packed with cars, so getting here takes some patience and a bit of luck with the traffic lights. Once you get inside the building and take the lift up, it’s a bit quieter than the street noise outside. We share the building with some other offices and residents, so it has a more lived-in feel than a standalone hospital would. The hallways aren't exactly huge, but we make the most of the space we have for the desks and chairs. There are big windows in some of the back rooms that look out over the hills, which is a nice view on a clear day. Most of the staff here know each other well since it’s a smaller setup compared to the big main hubs. We spend a lot of time organizing files and making sure the waiting area stays neat for whoever comes in next. It’s a bit of a maze if you’re new, but someone is usually around the corner to point you toward the right door. We don’t have a big cafeteria or anything, just a small corner for tea and a water dispenser. It’s a steady rhythm here, day in and day out, dealing with the paperwork and people.
