Apollo Hospital Corporate It

We are tucked away in Room Number 6 over at the Surya Boys Hostel. It is a bit of an unusual spot for an IT office, located in Megacity. The address is a long one, H. No. 8/3/318/6/3//7, which usually confuses the delivery guys when they first come by. It's not a big glass building. Instead, it’s just a room where we keep the servers and computers running. There are wires everywhere and the hum of the cooling fans is the main sound we hear all day. We spend most of our time staring at screens and fixing whatever breaks. It can get a bit cramped when more than three people are in there at once. Being in a hostel building means there’s always people coming and going in the hallways. We don’t have a front desk or a lobby. If you need us, you just come to the door. We handle the tech side of things for the hospital group. It is a lot of troubleshooting and making sure the network doesn't go down. Sometimes the power flickers and we have to reset everything, which is a pain. We just do the work that needs doing. It’s quiet in our corner of Megacity most of the time. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. As long as the internet works and the systems are stable, we are happy enough. We usually just order lunch from the small stall down the street. It is a very practical way to work.
