Ankura Hospital

Ankura Hospital is right on Reddy Woemns College Road in Barkatpura. It is a very busy street with students and local people walking by all the time. The hospital building has been around for quite a few years. It is not one of those huge, shiny medical centers you find in the posh areas. It is just a solid building that serves the local neighborhood. Inside, we have various departments. The waiting area is usually full of people and it can get quite loud during the peak hours in the morning. We don't have a big team of people in suits. It is mostly just the nurses and doctors in their scrubs running around. Sometimes the lift takes a long time, so many people just use the stairs to get to the upper floors. We spend a lot of our time dealing with regular check-ups and talking to families. It is a lot of hard work and the days are usually very long. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team. Most of our patients come because they know the location well. It is a practical place for anyone living in Barkatpura. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets seen. The desks are often piled with files and the phones are always ringing. It is just a normal, busy hospital doing its thing every day on this road in Barkatpura.
