Anjaiah Kirana & General Store

The shop is located at 5-9-912 in Gunfoundary, which is right in the Abids area of Hyderabad. We are quite close to Lepakshi, so people use that as a landmark to find us. It’s a pretty old part of the city. We’ve been running this kirana and general store for some time now. Every morning starts with unpacking crates and checking what sold out the day before. We have all the basic stuff like flour, oils, and snacks. It’s just a regular neighborhood store. The space is small but we pack a lot into the shelves. Sometimes things get a bit dusty with the road work and the cars going by, but we try to keep it tidy. You will find us here most days from morning until night. We don’t have any big staff, just us handles the counter and the stock. It is a lot of standing and talking to people who live nearby. Gunfoundary can be a bit quiet or very busy depending on the hour. We just focus on getting the right items in so people don't have to go far for their groceries. If you are walking down from Lepakshi, you can’t miss the shop number 5-9-912. It’s just a plain store doing its job every day. We don’t do anything fancy here, just basic supplies for the house. It gets a little cramped inside when more than two people are waiting.
