You can find us at House No 10-2-317/4 in Vijay Nagar Colony, right across the street from the SBH Bank in Mallepally. It’s a pretty busy spot, and the bank across the way is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been in Mallepally for years now. The building is an old one, and it has that specific smell that old hospitals have, but it’s clean and it works for what we need. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our patients come to us because they live nearby or their parents came here years ago. It’s a very local kind of place. Sometimes the waiting area gets crowded, especially on Mondays, and people have to stand for a bit. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can, but medicine shouldn't be rushed. We deal with all sorts of health issues throughout the week. Some days are quiet, and other days it feels like the whole of Vijay Nagar Colony is in our waiting room. We just keep going, taking one patient at a time. The staff here has been around for a long while, so we know how things work. We aren't a big corporate chain. We're just a hospital in Mallepally trying to help our neighbors stay healthy. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and do the job. It’s what we do every day and we plan to keep at it.
