Our office is at 5-8-505/3 in Chirag Ali Lane, right here in Hyderabad. It’s a narrow lane and it gets pretty crowded with scooters and delivery bikes. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time now. We handle a lot of international trade stuff, which basically means a lot of paperwork and phone calls at odd hours. The office is full of filing cabinets and old desks that have been here since we started. We don't really care about having a modern look; we just need a place to work. It gets quite hot in Hyderabad, so our old air conditioner is always humming in the background. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know the business inside and out. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can't send our emails, which is a real headache, but we manage. We deal with suppliers and buyers from all over, and it's mostly about keeping track of where everything is. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work on the folders on our desks. It’s a lot of routine, but it’s what we know how to do. There is always a stack of documents to go through and shipping containers to track.
