You’ll find Alfa And Omega Beverages over at Plot 6 and 13 in Phase-II of Cherapally. It’s a big enough space because making beverages takes up a lot of room. We have tanks and bottling lines that keep us pretty busy throughout the week. The air inside always smells a bit like whatever we’re mixing that day. It’s a regular factory setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We have a team that’s been with us through the ups and downs. Sometimes the heat in Cherapally makes the work tough, but we manage. We aren't some giant soda corporation. We’re just a local private limited company trying to make good drinks that people enjoy. There’s a lot of cleaning involved in this business, more than people realize. If you aren't scrubbing something, you aren't doing it right. We have our fair share of spills and mechanical hiccups. When a belt breaks on the line, everyone pitches in to fix it. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the bottles and the crates. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been at this for a while now and we know the rhythms of the factory floor by heart. It’s loud, it’s wet, and it’s usually pretty tiring, but we wouldn’t have it any other way at the end of the day.
