Alcom Systems

Alcom Systems is based at Plot No. 9 in Sree Enclave, Kranthi Nagar. We are on the first floor, which is nice because it’s a bit away from the dust of the road. We are right by the IDA Canteen Lane in Kushaiguda. You can usually smell what they’re cooking for lunch from our balcony. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’re used to it. The office is full of computers and cables and people trying to fix things. It gets a little noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while and it feels like a second home to most of us. Kushaiguda is a busy industrial area, so there’s always trucks and bikes moving around. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone at a desk hunched over a circuit or a screen. We do our work, chat about the cricket scores, and drink way too much coffee. It’s a simple setup. We don't really have big meetings or presentations. Usually, if something needs to be decided, we just talk across the room. It’s practical and it works for us. Most of the people around here are regulars who have been with us for years.
