Our place is Malli Engineering And Electronics Pvt. Ltd., located at C 12 in the Co Op Indl Estate in Balanagar. This industrial estate has been here a long time, and so have we. We work on a mix of engineering projects and electronic components. The workshop is usually full of the sound of machines and the smell of solder. We have a small team of technicians who know these machines inside and out. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Most of us are in work clothes because things can get a bit messy. We’ve got benches covered in parts and half-finished projects. Balanagar is a central hub for this kind of work, so we have a lot of other businesses nearby that we talk to. We don't do much in terms of fancy displays or showrooms. People come to us when they need something specific built or repaired. We keep our tools sharp and our workbenches as organized as we can, though that doesn't always last until the end of the day. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the hardware.
