We are located in the OU Colony area of Hyderabad. Specifically, you can find us at 8-1-284/552. It’s a bit of a residential-feeling spot compared to the big industrial parks, but it works fine for what we do. Our work involves a lot of logistics, mostly focused on the oculoplasty side of things. It sounds complicated, but mostly it’s about making sure the right supplies get to where they need to be without any delays. The roads in this part of Telangana can get pretty busy, so we spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure everything is packed up properly. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s just where we coordinate everything and keep track of the paperwork. We’ve got a few people handling the phones and others making sure the packages are ready to go. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, like it does in any office in Hyderabad, but we just work around it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the surgeons and clinics get what they need. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There’s always something that needs to be shipped out or tracked down. Akriti Oculoplasty Logistics has been in this neighborhood for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We just try to stay organized and keep moving.
