We are based over here in Sri Ram Pura at Jyothi.Kgr, which is basically part of the 4th Main in the Maruthi Extension area. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore-21 and most of us have been working here for a while now. Being management consultants means we spend a lot of our time looking at spreadsheets and talking to different people about how their businesses are running. The office is tucked away at Kirankumar Sajjan’s place. It’s not a huge corporate building or anything fancy, just a regular space where we get things done. Some mornings are pretty quiet but then the phones start ringing and the day just goes by before you even notice. We usually grab tea from the stall down the road when things get a bit too much. It is a decent place to work and the neighborhood is familiar to us. Most of the folks who stop by are looking for some practical advice on how to organize their paperwork or manage their staff better. We don't really do the whole flashy marketing thing because we prefer just sitting down and working through the problems one by one. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure the numbers add up and everyone is on the same page. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud but we’ve gotten used to it. That’s pretty much how things go for us at Ajax Management Consultants.
