Aindri Global Services Llp is located right over in Banjara Hills, specifically on Road No 14. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded during the day, but our spot at H No 8.2.310/A/15 is tucked away just enough to keep things somewhat quiet. It's an old-style house that we’ve converted into our working space. There’s a gate that sticks a little bit when it rains, but we’ve mostly gotten used to it by now. We don't really do much in the way of decorating, so the walls are just plain and we have a few plants that someone remembers to water once in a while. Most of us have been working together for a bit, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We usually bring our own lunches and eat together in the small kitchen area. Sometimes we go out to the main road for a quick snack if we're feeling lazy. Banjara Hills is a nice place to be based, even if the parking situation can be a real headache some days. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files just start piling up on the desks. It's a real place with real people doing their best. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist, so you just kind of walk in and find whoever you’re looking for. It works for us and we just get our daily stuff done without any big drama.
