Aim Associates

Aim Associates is just a small group of us working out of Balaji Nagar in Gudi Malkapur. We are located in Flat No 101, nothing too fancy. It’s a local place and we’ve been here for a while. Most of the day, you’ll find us hunched over desks or talking to contractors on the phone. We do a lot of the basic work that goes into getting a building started. Hyderabad keeps expanding, so there is always a lot of activity around here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just do the work as it comes. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and site photos. We like the neighborhood, it feels very lived-in. Dealing with permits and designs can be a bit of a headache, so we just take it one step at a time. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. It’s better to just say things plainly. We’ve helped out with quite a few houses and small buildings nearby. If you’re in the area, you’ve probably walked past our building without noticing. We're just a bunch of regular people doing our jobs and trying to make things work out right.
