Aheadrace Agrireturns Technology (Opc) Private Limited is based out of Indu Fortune Field Gardenia. We are in unit 11304 in the 13th Phase of KPHB Colony in Kukatpally. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes the work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. We spend a lot of our time on computers, dealing with the technology side of agriculture. Hyderabad is a tech hub, so being in Kukatpally puts us right in the middle of a lot of action. The traffic around KPHB can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a bit later just to let it clear out. We don't have a big staff. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a very tight-knit operation. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here. We just sit at our desks and work through the problems we’re trying to solve. Sometimes we argue about which place has the best samosas nearby for our afternoon break. The apartment-turned-office has its quirks, like the light switch that doesn't always work on the first try. We don't mind. It gives the place character. We focus on the tech and the data, making sure the returns for the farmers actually make sense. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls. We aren't trying to be the next big thing, we just want our technology to actually do what it’s supposed to do every single day.
