We are set up across Plot No. 3, 4, and 5 at Survey No. 37/1 in the Rajendranagar part of Attapur. Having three plots sounds like a lot, but once you get all the steel in there, it starts feeling pretty cramped. The traffic in Attapur can be a real mess, so getting our trucks in and out of Rajendranagar is sometimes the hardest part of the whole day. We spend a lot of time just moving heavy pieces of metal from one side of the yard to the other. It is not a clean job, and most of us end up with grease on our clothes by noon. We don’t have a fancy office for meetings; we usually just talk things over near the scales or by the main gate. Agarsen Steels is basically just a place where work happens. There isn't any polished marketing or anything like that involved. It’s just a bunch of guys working with metal. We’ve been around this area for a bit, so we are used to the noise and the way things run here. The weather gets tough in the summer, but we just drink plenty of water and keep at it. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary drama. It’s a straightforward business where we focus on the inventory and making sure the orders are ready when they need to be.
