We don't use a lot of fancy technology; we mostly rely on our experience and the people who have been working with us for a long time. It is a very hands-on environment. If you walk in, you will likely see someone packing boxes or checking inventory on a clipboard. We don't have a corporate office culture. It is just a local business doing what it does every day. We focus on the daily tasks and try to stay on top of the orders as they come in.
