Adlakha Associates Pvt. Ltd., Delhi is actually situated at 304, Shri Ram'S Punarvasu Apartment in the Kondapur area of H'Bad. Even though the company name says Delhi, we have been working out of this Hyderabad location for some time now. Kondapur is growing very fast, and being inside an apartment complex gives our office a bit more privacy than a shop on the street. Our space is on the third floor of a regular residential building. We have neighbors who are living their lives all around us while we are inside handling our business. We use the main living area as the primary spot for our desks and computers. The light in the apartment is quite good, which helps when we have to read a lot of documents with small print. There is no big lobby or corporate entrance here. You just come up in the lift and ring the doorbell like you are visiting a friend. Inside, the atmosphere is generally quiet. We have several shelves for our archives and a few computers for the daily tasks. We enjoy being in this part of town because the local food is excellent, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch. Sometimes the building lift is out of order, so we have to use the stairs, which is fine. We don't have any mission statements on the walls. We just have a clock and a calendar to help us stay on track with our work.
