Aditya Birla Retail Ltd

We’re actually located within the Badruka Institute of Foreign Trade in Kachiguda. It’s a bit of a different setting for a retail office like Aditya Birla Retail Ltd, being inside an educational campus, but it works out well for us. Kachiguda is a busy part of Hyderabad, and there’s always a lot of movement around here. We have our own section where we manage the retail operations. Most of what we do involves coordination and administrative support. It’s interesting being around students and academic energy while we’re busy with the business side of things. The building itself is well-known in the area. We don’t have a big retail store here; it’s strictly an office environment. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the retail chain has what it needs from our end. The local food around Kachiguda is great, so lunch breaks are usually the highlight of the day. We’ve been here long enough that the guards and staff at the institute know us well. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place to get the job done. We just show up, do the work, and keep things moving. There is always something new to sort out.
