Adaequare

Adaequare is an Indian company, and we operate across various parts of the country. Without a single small office to point to, our identity is really just the people who make up the team. We are spread out, working from different cities and sometimes from home. It’s not like having a big headquarters with a fountain in front. Instead, we have a lot of virtual meetings and shared folders. It can be a bit lonely sometimes, not having a central water cooler to hang around, but we make it work. We use simple tools to stay in touch and get our tasks finished. The work we do is practical and straightforward. We aren't interested in using big words to describe ourselves. We just tackle the projects that come in and try to stay organized. Some of us are in the big cities like Bangalore or Hyderabad, while others are in smaller towns. This means we have a lot of different perspectives on how things should run. We don't have a uniform or a strict corporate culture. We just expect people to do their jobs and be honest about how things are going. It’s a very lean way of operating, without the overhead of a massive office building. We just focus on the day-to-day reality of being a tech-focused team in a huge country like India, doing our best to keep everything running smoothly for everyone involved in our daily operations.
