Achme Consultants is run from H.No. 24-150 here in Hyderabad. It’s more of a home-turned-office than a big commercial building. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and we don’t have to deal with big building managers or anything like that. The area is fairly quiet compared to the main city center which helps when we need to concentrate. Finding the house can be a little tricky the first time because the numbers on the street don't always go in a straight line. There are three of us mostly working here and we’ve been at this location for a good while now. We don't have a receptionist sitting at the front or a waiting room with magazines. If someone comes by, they usually just knock on the door and we pull up a chair for them. The desk in the corner has a bit of a wobble but we put a piece of folded paper under the leg and it stays still now. We handle everything ourselves from cleaning the floors to answering the emails. It’s a very hands-on way to work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just have good working equipment. The windows stay open when the weather is nice but otherwise we just use the wall unit to keep the room cool while we work through our daily tasks. It gets the job done.
