Accurate Steels

Running a steel business on B. Usman Khan Road is a loud job. Accurate Steels is located at number 60, right near the Town Hall, so there is always people and cars moving around outside. You can hear the sound of metal being moved around pretty much all day long. It gets dusty and the air smells like iron, but that’s just the way it is when you work with steel. We stock different kinds of rods, sheets, and whatever else people might need for their building projects. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of the time we are covered in grime or trying to figure out how to fit a big load onto a small truck. The Town Hall is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. We’ve been at this spot for quite a bit of time. My father used to say that steel is the bones of the city, and we’ve seen plenty of houses go up using the stuff we sold them. We don't have a website or anything like that. If people want to buy something, they just come down to the shop and we talk about what they need. Sometimes we have to hunt around the warehouse to find the right size, but we usually have it somewhere. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going.
