We are located at 9 1 177/11 in Bhagath Nagar. It is a busy little corner of the world. We mostly spend our time making and selling vadapav. This business started because we just really liked the food and wanted to stay close to home. The kitchen gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we just keep at it. People from the neighborhood come by throughout the day. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Most of our mornings are spent checking the stock and making sure the pav is fresh enough for the customers. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic, and we have to scramble to get things ready. That is just how it goes when you are running a local spot. We have been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors all know us by name. We do not have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just make the food, try to keep the place clean, and hope for a good day. It is hard work, especially when the weather is humid and sticky. We spend almost all of our time on our feet. If you are walking through Bhagath Nagar, you will probably see us there. We are just a small team trying to make a decent living. There is always a leaky pipe to fix or a bill that needs paying. We handle it all from this small spot.
