Aayan Industries

We set up Aayan Industries out in the Guramguda area, not too far from the Nadergul Gram Panchayat. It's a bit of a way out near Balapur, especially if you are coming via LB Nagar. The location is good for us because it gives us the room we need to operate without being right in the middle of the heavy city traffic, although the roads here can get a bit bumpy sometimes. At our facility, we spend most of the day handling our production and making sure things are moving along as they should. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of orders. We have a group of guys here who have been with us for years, so we all know how the other person works. We don't really have a corporate vibe here. It's more of a place where we drink our tea together and then get back to the machines. Sometimes we have issues with the local logistics or the weather messing with our schedule, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home knowing we didn't cut any corners. If someone stops by, they’ll find us busy in the shed or checking the warehouse. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of setup we have here in Saroor Nagar. We've been at this for several years and just want to keep things running smoothly.
