A B K Steels is right near the Sai Baba Temple in Balanagar. It's a landmark that everyone around here knows, so it makes finding us pretty easy. Balanagar is a busy spot with a lot of industrial activity going on. We deal with steel and it’s a tough business. There is always noise from the cutting and moving of heavy metal. We’ve been at this location for years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The traffic near the temple can get a little crowded, especially on Thursdays. We just work around it. Our team is small but we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't have any fancy brochures or a big sales team. Most of our customers are locals or businesses from the nearby industrial estates. They know they can just drop by and see what we have in stock. The office is small and usually has blueprints or inventory sheets scattered around. We try to keep it organized, but when we’re busy, things get a bit messy. It’s a real working environment here. We take the work seriously but we don't act like we’re better than anyone else. We just provide steel and do it the best way we know how. If someone needs a specific size or type, we see if we can get it for them. It’s simple, honest work and we like being part of the Balanagar community. We are usually here early and stay until the last truck is loaded for the day.
