Our place is located at 99 Shivalik, right on the 4th Cross Road in the Hastinapuri Colony area of Secunderabad. It’s a bit of a walk from the P.O. Sainikpuri, but most of us are used to it by now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we get our work done. Secunderabad has its own pace compared to other cities, and we kind of fit into that. We’ve been at this address for some time, and the locals around the colony know us as the Tmi folks. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of talking on the phone. We don't really have a big reception area or anything flashy because we spend most of our time focused on the daily tasks. During lunch, you’ll see the staff heading out to the nearby spots or sitting together in the small pantry area. The weather gets really hot around here in the summer, so the AC is always running full blast. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly coordinating between different groups of people. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. There are no corporate speeches here; we just come in, do what needs doing, and head home. The 4th Cross Road is usually quiet, which helps when we need to focus on the more complicated parts of the job. It is a simple setup for a hard-working team.
