Tmi Network.Com is based out of H 13-6-867/1 in Karwan Sahu, over in the Banjawadi area of Hyderabad. It is a bit of a tucked-away location, so we often have to give people directions over the phone. We are in the 67 zip code area. The office is pretty functional. We have our computers, some printers that jam more than they should, and plenty of coffee to keep us moving. Being in Karwan Sahu means we are surrounded by a lot of local shops and houses. It feels like a real neighborhood, not some sterile office park. We handle a lot of networking and recruitment stuff here. There are always resumes piled up and people calling to check on their applications. It gets a bit hectic on Mondays, but we have a rhythm down. The building is older, but it stays cool enough in the summer if we keep the blinds shut. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on getting people connected with the right jobs. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just take a break until it comes back on. It is just a normal office with normal people trying to do a good job. We like the local vibe of Banjawadi.
