Talent Search is our little company based over in Hyderabad. Our office is located at Plot No. 103/C in the Eshwari Puri Colony area of Sainikpuri, Kapra. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of the city, which we appreciate. We spend our days here looking through piles of resumes and trying to help people find decent work. We’ve been at this location for a while now and the locals seem to know where we are. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular office space with some desks, chairs, and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't use any of that big corporate talk about synergy or missions. We just want to get people into jobs they can actually do. The walk to the office in Sainikpuri is actually quite pleasant because of all the trees around Kapra. We have a simple routine: we come in, check the messages, and start calling folks. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep going. We don’t have any big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we’re here in Eshwari Puri Colony. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
