Talent Access

We’re located over in Nallakunta, Hyderabad, at 2-1-406/A. The area is always buzzing with activity since there are so many students and shops around here. Talent Access is what we call ourselves. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The office is on a bit of a side street, so it stays a little quieter than the main road, but not by much. It’s a small place, mostly just a room with some desks and a lot of wires running everywhere for the computers. We spend most of our time talking to people and trying to figure out where they might fit in a new job. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and through email. Sometimes we lose track of time because there’s always something else to check. Nallakunta is a great place to work because you can find good food just a few steps away. We often grab tea from the stall on the corner in the afternoons. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know each other well. We don't use any fancy systems, just our notes and our memory for the most part. It works for us. We’re just a local Hyderabad business trying to stay on top of things and keep the doors open every day. Sometimes the rain floods the street a bit, but we just keep working anyway.
