Sun Tech Facility Management

Our office is based at House Number 8-3-234/56 in L.N Nagar, Hyderabad. We do facility management, so we spend a lot of our time dealing with things like plumbing, cleaning, and general maintenance for various buildings. It’s a busy job and our office reflects that. You’ll often see stacks of supplies, toolboxes, and cleaning chemicals waiting to be loaded into a van. It’s not a fancy corporate environment; it’s a working office where we coordinate a lot of different people moving around the city. L.N Nagar is a lively spot and we are right in the thick of it. We are constantly on the phone with our staff at different sites, making sure everything is going okay. If someone calls because a light is out or a floor needs scrubbing, we have to find the closest person to handle it. Our team in the office handles the schedules and the paperwork, which can be a lot to keep track of. We have a couple of old desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance, just a practical space where we can get the work done. We know the streets of Hyderabad well because we are always driving from one place to another. It’s a tough business but we’ve been at it for a while now and we know how to handle the daily issues. We just get on with it.
