Starpowerz Human Resources. Our office is at H.No.10-16, Plot No.174, right there in Nacharam, Hyderabad. It’s actually care of Narsing Rao’s place on Street No. 8 in H.M.T. Nagar. It feels more like a house than a typical office, which we kind of like. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We deal with people looking for work and companies needing help with their staff. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and wave, or you hear the sounds of the street while we’re trying to get through a pile of files. We’ve been in this Nacharam spot for a while now. It’s a settled neighborhood. We don't have a big reception desk or a shiny logo on the wall. It’s just us at our desks, doing what needs to be done. Hyderabad is growing fast, but this little corner of H.M.T. Nagar stays pretty much the same. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company. We’re just Starpowerz Human Resources, working out of a residential-style building. We know the local area well. Most days are just about matching the right person to the right job without making it too complicated. It’s honest work and we just take it one day at a time here. We have a small team, and we spend our time talking to people and checking their details. It is a slow process sometimes, but that is how recruitment goes in a place like this.
