I started this business near the Gayatri Women's Hostel in Ameerpet because there are so many people looking for work around here. We handle consultancy things, mostly helping folks find their first jobs or moving to a better one. The office isn't fancy. It's just a couple of rooms with computers and a lot of wires. In the mornings, the street gets really loud with the traffic. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there waiting for the generator to kick in. It’s a lot of manual work, tracking everything in spreadsheets and making sure we don’t miss any calls. People come in from all over the city asking about openings. We don't have a big marketing team. It's just us answering emails and trying to match candidates with whatever the companies need. It gets busy, and we end up staying late quite often. We usually order some tea from the shop downstairs and just keep going until the work is done. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy. Dealing with the crowd in Ameerpet is a challenge, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. We just try to get the work done as simply as possible.
