Sourcegenius Consultancy is situated in Madhura Nagar in Hyderabad. We are right by the Vijaya Lakshmi Hostel, which is a big landmark around here. Because of the hostel, there are always a lot of people moving around, especially students and young workers. We do various types of consultancy work from our office. It is not a very large space, but it is enough for what we do. We have a couple of computers and a lot of notebooks where we keep track of things. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to work for ourselves. Hyderabad is a big city, but Madhura Nagar has its own feel. We get people coming in with all sorts of questions about their businesses or projects. We don't have a scripted way of talking to people. We just listen to what they need and see if we can help with some advice or research. It is mostly quiet inside, which is good because the street outside can get quite loud with the traffic. We don't use any fancy management tools, just common sense and hard work. We are usually here during the regular business hours. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot to catch up on. It is just a regular local business trying to be useful to the people who walk through the door or call us up.
