Smart Hire (Tbsl)

We’ve been over at Mahalaxmi Nest for a bit now, right in Erragadda. It’s plot number 28 in Venkateshwara Colony if you’re looking for us. Honestly, most days are just us sitting at our desks, talking to people on the phone and trying to figure out who fits where. It gets busy around here, especially with the traffic in Hyderabad, but we manage. Smart Hire (Tbsl) is really just a small group of us working through piles of resumes. We don't have fancy coffee machines or a big lobby. It’s a 301 office space, so it's cozy, maybe a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We spend a lot of time looking at screens all day. It isn't glamorous work at all. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out for a minute, which is just how things go around here. We know the local area well since we usually eat at the nearby stalls for lunch. People walk in sometimes asking for directions or looking for work, and we try to help out when we can. It’s just a normal office life. We deal with lots of paperwork and emails every single afternoon. Every day is a bit different but also kind of the same. We just keep at it, trying to get things done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been in this building long enough that the security guard knows us. It’s a decent place to work, and we just do our thing here.
