Sitel_India

Sitel_India is based at Flat No. G-12 in the Happy Homes Avenue building. This is in Upparpally, part of the Rajendranagar area in Hyderabad. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which makes it a bit different from the big office parks you see elsewhere. We are on the ground floor, which is handy. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen area where we keep our lunch boxes and a main room where all the computers are set up. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a dozen floors. It’s just us in G-12. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the day. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we get along fine. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just do our jobs and go home. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, except for the usual sounds of people going about their lives. We have a few plants near the window, but they don't always get enough water. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people we work with. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. No suits, no ties, just regular people working in a flat in Hyderabad. We like the simple atmosphere we have created here.
