Sai People Solutions Pvt Ltd. is based out of H.No.84/3 Lig Flats. We are in the IV Phase of the K.P.H.B. Colony in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. It’s a residential area, so it’s got a different feel than a big business park or commercial zone. We like it because it’s more relaxed. Our office is basically one of the flats. It’s a bit tight when we all have a lot going on at once, but we make it work. We handle people solutions, which basically means a lot of talking and paperwork every day. We’ve been in this part of Kukatpally for years. The colony is pretty big, so we always tell people to look for the IV Phase specifically. It can be easy to get lost if you don't know the turnings around here. We aren't some high-rise corporate office with glass walls and fancy suits. We have regular fans and old desks that have been through a lot. It’s a real place where real work happens. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we’re used to it by now. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the files. Sai People Solutions is just a local business trying to do right by the people we work with. We don't have any big speeches. We just show up and work.
