R.K.Resourcing is based right in Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. If you know Hyderabad, you know Mehdipatnam is always crowded and moving. We are in the Hyderabad-28 area. It is a very central spot which makes it easy for people to find us, even if the traffic is a nightmare most days. Being in India, especially in a city like this, means there is never a quiet moment outside the window. We spend our time doing resourcing work, which basically means a lot of talking and sorting through files. We don’t have a big corporate mission statement on the wall or anything. We just have our desks and our tea mugs. It’s a small team here. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily pile of work. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we leave right on time to beat the evening rush. The office is plain and functional. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we don’t really see the point. It’s just a place to work. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but we are still in the same spot doing the same things. It is honest work and we try to just stay level-headed about everything. Hyderabad is our home and this is just where we do our business every day. It works for us and for the people we help out.
